On that #twoaday #gymgrind and loving it. Seeing some amazing results so far. Hopefully I will be able to keep this up for a few weeks. I think I may actually have a flat tummy and some abs this #summer. I plateaued and fought with my body for so long. The best advice I can give to anyone if you’ve hit a wall is to change what you are doing. Increase your cardio, decrease your #cardio, do drop sets, do Superset, do #Hiit training, whatever it may be just do it differently. Your body will thank you and the results will start pouring in again. 😎

I have been trying to think of new creative ways to enjoy overnight oats. So here we have #cinnamon apple #overnightoats. Pretty sure I saw this recipe somewhere on the Internet but I just sort of winged it. 
1/3 cup oats 
1/3 cup almond milk 
1 scoop vanilla #protein 
1 go go squeeze cinnamon #applesauce 
Pinch of cinnamon 
Tsp of vanilla extract

Worked so hard tonight that I thought I might puke. I am absolutely in love with the custom #workout I designed for Keith and me. I may go so far as to base an #ebook around it. 

Also I hit 105 bench tonight for 2 reps! #gainsongains!

Starting to see a little growth from the front instead of just the side now!! #Progress is what keeps me going. I may be slow or even non existent but knowing that by doing what I do today I will be #stronger tomorrow is where I find my drive to hit the #weights hard for hours at a time. 

I was approached by someone at the #gym today and asked if I knew any good #chest #workouts. Me being me, I wrote him an entire workout, coached him on form for each exercise and answered a ton of questions. By the end he turned to me and told me that I will make an excellent personal trainer someday. 

I really love helping people and their gratitude fills me with unbelievable #happiness. 💜💪💜💪

I can finally rep the brand of the people who have taught me so much about #lifting and work ethic. @danalinnbailey is one of my biggest inspirations and a large part of the reason I am entering my first #figure competition. Can’t wait to meet them hopefully this summer at one of the #warhouse gym camps! I will not flag nor fail!

Strawberry banana #overnightoats and #Pokémon. What better way to start #breakfast. 
1/2 chopped banana 
1/2 Cup chopped strawberries 
1/2 Cup oatmeal 
1/2 Cup almond milk
3 tsp chia seeds 
1 scoop cake batter #protein
